On March 26, the "2026 China Real Estate Top 100 Enterprises Research Results Release Conference & the 23rd China Real Estate Top 100 Entrepreneurs Forum," hosted by the China Index Academy, was held in Beijing. Backed by its strong comprehensive strength, Gemdale Corporation was honored with three awards: "2026 China Real Estate Top 100 Enterprises," "Comprehensive Strength TOP10," and "Outstanding Urban Renewal Enterprise."

Meanwhile, Gemdale Management, a subsidiary of Gemdale Corporation, secured two major awards for its leading capabilities and outstanding performance in the development management sector: "2026 China Real Estate Development Management Operation Outstanding Enterprise" (TOP 3) and "2026 China Real Estate Government Development Management Operation Outstanding Enterprise" (TOP 3), consolidating its position among the industry's top three in overall strength. In addition, Gemdale Baota · Fengshang Mansion, a development management project undertaken by Gemdale Management in Nanning, was named a "2026 China Real Estate Outstanding Development Management Project."
