The Eyas Program is a dedicated summer intern recruitment and training plan launched for senior students of colleges and universities, so as to provide students with an opportunity to understand the industry, enhance themselves and start their career path planning, and export high-potential talents to the Group and the real estate industry at large. After months of job training, mentoring, course learning and team working in the Eyas Program, the interns will have enhanced execution, breakthrough and creativity.
