Obtained the long-term credit AAA rating for the principal entity from Lianhe Credit Rating Co., Ltd., which has been highly recognized by the capital market.

The industrial development strategy has been comprehensively upgraded, achieving a national layout and creating a full industrial chain platform.

The sales exceeded RMB 49 billion with a year-on-year increase of 8%; the gross sales area reached 2,260,000 square meters, generating the operating revenue of RMB 7.079 billion with a year-on-year growth of 50%.

The land reserve amounts to 13,750,000 square meters, 23% of which is in first-tier cities like Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
