Launch of the Shenzhen Center established jointly by Gemdale, Excellence and One Avenue

Yesterday, Gemdale One Avenue Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. held the ”Opening ceremony of commuting cosmopolitan city of Shenzhen center and launching ceremony for documentary film of commuting cosmopolitan city of Shenzhen center”.

From Jun. 1st , the largest integrated project in Shenzhen that was invested heavily by three big brands including Gemdale, Excellence and One Avenue, the Shenzhen center, will organize famous experts and media including newspapers, radios and internet, etc. to have a tour in CBDs in four international metropolis involving London, Paris, Tokyo and New York. “With global wisdom to build Shenzhen center”, the general manager of Gemdale One Avenue Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Hu Weiming introduced that Shenzhen center was comprised of assorted business forms consisting high-end commerce, apartment, super grade A office, museum, art center, club, etc. While this project will restore and combine international metropolis in this commuting activity and we will upgrade some parts of them and focus on avoiding defects in the development of the city as well.
